    • Website Design Services: Refunds can be requested within 14 days of project initiation if you are unsatisfied with the preliminary designs. Once the final design is delivered, refunds are not available.
    • CRM Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but refunds are not available for partial months. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund if canceled within the first 30 days.
  2. Processing Time:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account associated with the purchase.
  3. Cancellation:

    • To cancel a service or subscription, contact our support team. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation, including any refund eligibility details.
  4. Non-Refundable Services:

    • Customized and completed services, once delivered, are non-refundable.
